Bryana Muir MOMSC
Bryana Muir takes a whole-body approach to improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring efficient movement.
When the body moves freely, it is better able to adapt, recover, and function as a whole.
Bryana is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she completed an intensive four-year clinical program earning a Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (MOMSC). She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and is registered with OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada).
Treatment Approach
Treatment is gentle, hands-on, and tailored to each individual. Bryana assesses how the body functions as a whole, identifying restrictions in muscles, joints, and connective tissues that may be contributing to pain or reduced mobility.
Care focuses on improving overall function by addressing the underlying causes of restriction, helping restore natural movement and supporting the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal—rather than simply managing symptoms.
What to Expect
Each session is calm, focused, and adapted to your needs that day. Treatment may include gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and subtle manual work to help improve ease, balance, and overall function.
How Osteopathy Can Help
Osteopathy may support a wide range of concerns, including pain, stiffness, headaches, injuries, postural tension, and ongoing movement restrictions. It can also help support recovery, improve physical function, and promote overall well-being.
